The Board of Directors meetings are normally held the 4th Wednesday of every month (excluding Januaryand May) beginning at 7:00 p.m. and are held at the Clubhouse, 75 Vía Scenica, Lake Elsinore, CA 92532, USA. The agenda will be posted at a prominent place or places within the Common Area.

The Annual Meeting is held in May of each year.
